Motorist Critically Hurt In Crash With Firetruck In South Jersey (Developing)

A motorist was critically hurt in a collision with a fire engine in South Jersey, according to developing and unconfirmed reports.

The crash occurred at about 8 a.m. at Tanyard and Cattell Roads in Deptford, initial reports said.

The car's occupant was taken to Cooper University Hospital.

Engine 934's crew was taken to a hospital for evaluation, reports said.

Deptford police were not immediately available for comment.
